At CleanSkin, we are committed to providing transparent, reliable, and customer-friendly shipping services. As a trusted beauty brand, we understand that fast and safe delivery of skincare products is just as important as their quality. This Shipping Policy outlines our practices to ensure that every order reaches you securely and on time.
2. Order Processing Time
Orders are processed Monday through Friday (excluding public holidays).
Processing typically takes 1–2 business days from the time your order is placed.
Orders placed after 2:00 PM EST will be processed the next business day.
During peak seasons, promotional events, or holidays, processing may take slightly longer.
3. Shipping Methods and Delivery Timeframes
We currently ship all orders through USPS (United States Postal Service).
Standard Shipping: 5–7 business days (after processing).
Expedited Shipping: Not currently available but may be added in the future.
International Shipping: Not available at this time — we ship only within the United States.
Note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location and external factors such as carrier delays, weather, or peak holiday demand.
4. Shipping Rates and Free Shipping
Standard Shipping: FREE on all orders across the United States.
No minimum order value is required to qualify for free shipping.
All shipping costs are clearly displayed at checkout in compliance with Google Merchant Center requirements.
5. Tracking Orders
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with your USPS tracking number.
You can use this number to track your package directly on the USPS website.
Tracking updates may take up to 24 hours to appear after your order leaves our facility.
6. International Shipping and Customs
We currently do not offer international shipping. CleanSkin only delivers within the United States at this time.
7. Delivery Issues and Delays
While we aim to deliver orders within the stated timeframe, unexpected events (e.g., severe weather, carrier delays, or high seasonal demand) may cause delays.
If your tracking information shows a delay or delivery issue, please contact our Customer Support team for assistance.
8. Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Items
If your package is lost or stolen after delivery is confirmed by USPS, CleanSkin is not responsible. We recommend checking with neighbors or contacting your local post office.
If your item arrives damaged, please contact cleanskin.us
within 7 days of receiving your order. Include photos of the damaged item and packaging to help us process your claim.
For high value orders, additional shipping insurance may be available upon request.
9. Order Changes and Cancellations
Orders can only be modified or canceled before they are shipped.
To request changes or cancellations, contact cleanskin.us as soon as possible.
Once an order has been processed and shipped, we cannot make changes.
